Going green is going to be a challenge. In fact, I have no idea where to start. Just now I tweeted this question to several environmental organisations: does anyone know of a scale to measure an individual’s ‘greenness’? I’m looking for some sort of green fitness test to show where I’m failing and how I can improve. I’ll also send some emails to environmental specialists and see what they suggest. I’m hoping to take stock of my current lifestyle, and to repeat the process at the end of 2012 – to see how much I’ve progressed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

As well as coming face-to-face with some of the WWF staff for the first time, I’m really looking forward to meeting some international wildlife filmmakers and getting a feel for the Asian environmental filmmaking scene at the CMS Vatavaran Environmental Film Festival. This is where the WWF video competition award ceremony is taking place – on the evening of the 8th of December.
I’ll keep you posted on the screenings and presentations at the festival. There are some master classes, lectures, speed pitching sessions and screenings. I’m stoked to see the Red Scarlet (DMSC camera) on the trade show floor!
I’m also planning to put together some video footage of street life in Delhi. Hopefully I’ll manage to fit in a day trip to the Taj Mahal.
